Design process
This project is located in South Dibaji Street and has 5 single residential floors with three master bedrooms.
The ground floor includes the lobby and parking, the negative 1st floor includes the parking and janitor, and the negative 2nd floor includes the swimming pool, clubhouse, storage and facilities.
Residential floors were allowed to create 80 cm cantilever, which we designed these cantilever randomly in the form of a terrace and flower box.
